im losing my mind

i did a very dumb thing.had unprotected vaginal sex one time with a girl of unknown status.she tells me she doesnt have anything but how am i to know i cant get her to get tested.i went and took the test at one month and it came back negative.i felt better for a few days then started reading this site and got really upset again.seems like the test at one month isnt good enough its got to be 6 weeks.i took the test at planed parenthood and they told me my test is conclusive.then i come here and seems like i should of waited 9 more days.now im losing my mind.how worried should i be at this point?my stomach i really hurting me bad everything i eat doesnt sit right lose bowels.do i got to gob ack now and get tested again?im so upset i wish i read this site first.why would pland parenthood tell me that my test is conclusive but then when i come ehre its not i dont get it.

your like me, there is nothing that's going to make you feel better unless you wait the appropriate length of time, take the test and see a negative result. I had protected sex and I'm worried I might have something, so I understand your feelings.The Dr. claims the chances of a  person getting hiv through an encounter like this is low.

according to most on this, a 4 or 5 week result is pretty solid.

yeah i know what you mean.i mean plandparenthood tells me a negative test at one month is fine.hten i come here and its six weeks.why all the different info?what they trying to do make us all go insane.
