is a 4 week HIV elisa test good enough?

hi i recently had an exposure (unprotected sex with a female whom i met for the first time whose hiv status is unknown ) 25 days after the exposure i have this high fatigue , low grade fever, headache , body aches , malaise and my symptoms are getting worse day by day ... at 35 days post exposure i tested ELISA and it was negative... mean time i consulted my doc for diagnosis were i was asked to take a blood test for platelet count , wbc count and a dengue fever check out of which all came out to be normal .... since my condition din improve i was asked to check for Typhoid fever the results were 1:40 , 1:80 although not significant enough my doc felt i might have a mild typhoid and prescribed me some medication .. even after the completion of the antibiotic course i don feel any good .. i still have the same symptoms .. some days in-between i did have diarrhea and a severe pain in the abdomen for a day ... the severe malaise and fatigue and frequent fatigue have not gone at all ... im going sleepless because of this..
now ive started to see some nack pain  and stiffness which makes me worry a lot my tounge has these white patches every now and then ... im very worried about these symptoms which relate to HIV ....

P.S.. a couple of days back i contacted the girl whom i had sexual contact although i din ask her anything about this she seemed to be  fine and( i have not spoken about my sexual contact with my doc as well). i have had tests for typhoid , jaundice , dengue , platelet counts , WBC count everything is normal

im very worried about this getting night mares every day anybody pls help ! was this an ARS symptoms ?? should i get tested again ? its been around 25 days that im sick

hiii

i got my 85th day HIV ELISA test result,it says i am negative (with index value- 0.004,cut off value- 0.24)i even don't know which generation it is.
i could not believe my test result.

i still have all those symptoms u mentioned along with penile pimples, burning tongue etc

i am confused whether the prolonged use of antibiotic delays the window period

You never had an HIV exposure.

they say you cannot get swollen lymph nodes from stress it has to come from infection wither its a cold, flu, hiv, cancer, or other problem I wonder why so many people though get them even though they come back negative that is something the puzzles me yeah winter is starting I can understand why people would be worried being having hiv is one of the major symptoms of acquiring it.

I also am suffering from this dilemma I feel for you guys but then again you have to trust the science and after so much time has passed id go with the negative results and drop it unfortunately im in my first 2 week 1 day mark and I have a while to go before i can test.

When were you advised to obtain your conclusive test result? It doesn't need to be repeated.
