I bought a home test bought im not sure if it is accurate enough. it says its a ONE STEP ANTI-HIV <1&2> HIV RAPID TEST KIT FOR THE DETECTION OF ANTIBODIES TO THE HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS TYPE 1 AND TYPE 2 AND GROP "O" IN BLOOD SERUMOR PLASMA.
bought it here http://www.ushivtest.com/

It reminds me of a pregnancy test im supposed to get the lanclet provided in the packet get three to four drop of blood mixed with one drop of pure water with a eye droper also provided in the kit into a small kit with a blood collector that seeps into the tablet that reacts just like a preg.test if two line show up =+ one line negative it take about 15 min.
