is this symptoms HIV infection ?

After exposure, following one week I had a mild fewer and flasky skin on scrotum and a ulcer,end of the week I had fatigue ,night sweat, I drank lot of water,I had rashes, I felt like I am having heart attack.next day I woke up I saw some red dots on my body,and some brown dots which when I press it feel like pricking, I had ulcer on my scrotum anus, which healed later,i also had increased smell sense during the first week,also my lips skin also shed and new skin formed, also had gas trouble and also when I ate spicy food  I had burning sensation in my stomach in the second week.in first week I also had scrotum tingling sensation till now about 2 months I have same with something scrolling over the scrotum, but nothing is showing up, there is a brown spot where when I press it feel like pricking, I have pharyngitis (soar throat, with out pain)lower back pain about two months till now, is this a symptoms of HIV? Please help me

Before that I where healthy, with no problem at all, can you say what it is?

I had protected viginal x,but it was my first time, I was anxious I didn't know what happend
