hello,
i had sex with a girl she is from niger, and i can guess full of desease, my condom broke when i was doing intercourse (doggy style) it is broke near the ring (hole about 1 to 2 cm)and when i ejaculated the sperm was in the tip therefore my penis head was covering and i don t know if it s matter..i m bit down ..would you please help me am i in high risk of HIV..thanks

If the condom broke at the base of your penis, and the tip of your penis was still covered and you withdrew your penis at the time of the condom failure, you had NO risk.  The urethral opening is the portal of entry for a man in the context of HIV transmission.

You have nothing to worry about.  You don't need HIV testing.

please i need an answer im verry worrried...i start to have penis discharge and im very woried i went to the doctor she took pee and blood..and she said im negatif and did HIV test after 15 days and it came negatif...my problem is can i get STD even with the situation i stated above..

but the doctor told me that the virus can get through the hole and another told me it cannot im depressed confused..it has been 2 nights i didn t sleep...please explain me my situation ...if the virus can get through the hole or not..please help..i have exams next week and i couldnt revise..
