kiss with blood

I know kiss (not deeply) is considered to be no risk for HIV infection,but what about some people's lip will crack in winter because of dryness?it may be bleeding ,so  is it still safe to kiss between two pelple both have their lip cracked,one of them is HIV positive, that's my question,thanks!

But while kissing the virus come to another new host almost immediately (another people 's lip cuts) so...
i know it is a question never dies,so is there any other sentence to explain it ?thank you very much.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

i know fresh blood certainly has the virus ,so why?
may be the amount of the amount of blood is not adequate to cause infection or may be the tissue of the lips is not a available entrance of the virus

Unprotected penetrative anal and vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
