HIV risk

Hello. I'm a 34 male. about 7 week ago, i met a woman and I unfortunately place my penis in the middle of her tights and rub it outside of her vulva (labial region). also, i used my own saliva for lubrication. after a minutes she took my penis and rub it on the clitoris . is there any risk of hiv transmisson from this incident.
thanks alot of your answers.

"the fluid is running out",,,, the key word is "out",,, it means it was exposed to air already. Remember, HIV never transmit as a result of contact / exchange of body fluids OUTSIDE the body. You have to have an unprotected penetration for HIV transmission to be effective

None ! The only transmission routes for HIV are,

1. Unprotected anal and vaginal sex
2. Sharing IV works in drugs.
3. Transfusion of un screened blood (a threat only in developing world now)
4. From mother to child
And then a big Full Stop

Either you believe what is being said, or go get yourself tested and obtain a very highly reassuring test because it is almost 8 weeks now. I am sure, your test will come negative because you were never exposed. Though such testing is not needed clinically, in your case but you can go for it, only to get peace of mind.

i apologize! just one question...
when i was rubbing the outside of the genital region, with stimulation of that region, the fluids is running out. so in this case there isn't any risk and the virus is inactive?

No ! Contact of infected body fluids outside the body does not have any risk

Thank you for the quickly reply.
No, I'm sure it was without any penetration. If there was some vaginal fluid on that region, it doesn't put me under risk still? sorry, I'm so worried about it.
Do I need to test ?

you had NO risk

hiv transmission REQUIRES penetration.  it happens when a penis is INSIDE a vagina/ anus.

Unprotected contact of the genitals does not put you under risk, until there is penetration involved. In your case, rubbing outside the vagina or even at the clitoris falls under the same category. But this is a risky practice because it does not take much for you to slide in at that stage. If you are sure, you did not slide in, even for a very brief period, you are safe
