line start appeared then disappeared
I used Alere determine 4th gen AG/AB at 8 week exposure, on the first 5 minute first line appeared on ‘C’, i transfer kit on another table. After another minute, blood appeared like smudged and line start appeared then disappeared on AB and AG. What are the chances I am positive? Could it be the warm room or i mistakenly tilted the kit while i transfer?
After that incident, I have another 10 rapid antibodies test (until 180 days) and all result come back NEGATIVE. Been exposed for more than 6 months (UNPROTECTED SEX).

You are WAY over-testing, and that isn't recommended. If you have taken multiple tests until 180 days, you are negative for HIV and it is long past time to stop testing.
I have no idea what happened with your first test, but it isn't relevant as subsequent tests prove your are negative.
