lymph nodes

hi i have been posting since the begining of my exposure wich is 11 weeks ago. i have done anti body test as far as 9 weeks i even did a pcr test at 6 weeks everything was negative. the docs said that i dont have hiv and that i should move on, i want to be extra sure and test at 12 weeks, my question is. today i started to feel my right lymph node swell under my ear. and its freeking me out, is it to late to be getting swollen lymph nodes?

There are dozens, if not hundreds, of things that could cause a swollen lymph node, most of which are much more common than HIV. It could be a cold, a throat infection, any number of things. Your nine week test is very encouraging, and your negative PCR test at 6 weeks is very, very strong evidence, as it would generally catch the level of virus present at that stage of the infection. Just get your 12-week test, which I can virtually assure you will also be negative, and move on.

Swollen lymph nodes appear to swell for all sorts of reasons not hiv related.  Its not HIV related, you had two prior test done, one at 9 weeks and one at 6, get your 12 week test if you want and when you test negative, and negative you shall be, close this chapter in your life and move on.  See your doctor about your lymph node its something else.

1. Your tests were rock solid and don't suggest you have HIV. I guarantee you your 12 weeks AB test would be negative

2. Swollen nodes associated with HIV are generalized, one or two swollen nodes don't suggest HIV.

3. If your lymph nodes were really swollen due to HIV, you didn't have to feel it but you could have seen it standing in front of the mirror because HIV related swollen nodes are huge.

4. The area that you describe, you have been feeling a node is a part of the body where the nodes could be easily felt, they are pea sized and completely normal.

i had a protected sex but i am just scared of what i am feeling. i have swollen lymph nodes and some sore on the tongue. I am worried this might the symptom that i have contracted HIV. i have done test at 4 or 5 weeks, but they are negative. At one stage I thought maybe it might be a throat cancer, because there was agreat pain in my ears also which I think was caused by throat sore. Will this be symptom for HIV.

You stated you had protected sex, then you've never had a risk of contracting HIV.

Sorry for my incoplete statement, I touched the girl's vaginal and my finger came out wet and i touched the inside of a condom but it was not too wet, and I am not sure if that will result in infection. and if is the cause of the problem i explain above.

You can test 3 months post exposure to obtain a conclusive negative test result.
