Does anyone know if you can feel lymph nodes that are normal size? If so, what do they feel like?

Swelling of lymph nodes due to viral infection causes huge lumps which doesn't need to be felt but can be easily seen most of the time.
They feel like little peas or marbles.
If you press on them, you irritate the glands and they swell in response.
Only a dr can diagnose them, not you.

If you have a concern about your lymph nodes see your doctor. Only a doctor can diagnose swollen lymph nodes.
i really don't have a concern I just wanted to know if you can still feel them when they are NOT swollen. I looked on the internet but could not find valuable info. on what i want to know.
