mistake

damn I keep making mistakes if you touch and infected girls vagina her vaginal fluid was on your hand and you rubbed it in your pants and less than a minute without realising you rubbed your hand on the same pants that hada healing cut which was caused by very dry skin that had caused a top layer of skin to be removed only partially but still attached   but not bleeding but still kind of red  a day or more old can this transmit

ok yes i don't know what you mean by open  cut keep hearing different things one nurse told me there is a risk if the cut was not healed up  id doctor told me you can't catch it by touching  genitals no matter  the condition of hand  it's hard to understand

Hiv is transmitted inside the body.
Once exposed to the environment it is rendered unable to infect.

Hiv is not transmitted outside of the body unless two bleeding open wounds come together but even then there are circumstances where a high viral load and alot of blood need to be present.
