I have alway a hiv test and tried to use condoms even though i have used condoms. I was in a rationship four 9 years but was sure if he was messing around on me. in 2010 I got tested for hiv again, he had been tested in october of 2009 and was hiv negative but was positve for syphilis. I had seeing him but one day we had sex and the condom came off as he was pulling it out. I've been nerveous every since. I went to get tested for hiv 41/2 to 5 weeks after the condom came off and the test showed negaative as always but this time the cbc that was ran with the test showed a drop in my platelets. My medical doctor told me not to worry be i am thetyype of person who worrws about everything especially that dease. I have had sme unusal things happen to me like aching joint in my legs, teeth feel weak gums a little swollen, I pay attention to everything and look information up on line and i have littles pin point bumps on my lupper legs. It  is year later now and i am stil very much concern. Please help me?

What are you saying? That because he was pulling it out at the time that my chances of contracting hiv is slim to none?

I was never exposed to the dease, to me there is always a risk. He did test positve for syphlis but negative for hiv.  I never had a drop with my platelet before when having that test one not until the condom while he was pulling it out, should I or should not be worried? couldn't syphilis had kept the dease hiden for a certain period of time?
