The DUO test at 21 days is very reliable anyway the only conclusive test is at 3 motnhs.

Your test at 51 days is 95% accurate to get a conclusive test you`ll need to test again at 3 months.

Quit asking the same stuff over and over then when you have beyond a doubt negative results. 14 week tests are conclusive, if you cant accept that you dont have HIV then go get counseling.

You should go seek counseling really. These kind of health phobias are really hard to get over. Go get some counseling and you will probably get over it.

Good luck.

If you have NSU it's because they've gone through the algorithm to determine it's cause
1 it's non gonococcal (not gonoreah bacteria)
2 it's not the main cause of NSU Chlamydia.
So that means it's non specific, I'd only be speculating on the souce of the bacteria or fungus possibly from your girl's hands or your own) and I don't have the swabs, agar plate, stain ...I can't diagnose over the nternet or at all because I'm not a Doctor. I can only give pointers

Also it's not an HIV issue so not for this forum.

i have one last dumb question ok so i tested neg at 15 weeks i take that as conclusive now i may of had an exposure a month ago when i went to get a massage the girl gave me a happy ending also (a handjob) a fews days after that it kind of burned when i urinated and i went for a check up they did the swab and diagnosed me with ngu all tests for chylmidia  gonnerea and stds were neg so with that said if she toucched her vagina and gave me a handjob rite after does that put me at risk for hiv?

It is clear enough.3 months UNLESS a clinician determines otherwise. You would know they would tell you.

As it has been said several hundred time on this forum 3 months is conclusive.

That was addressed to coz, in relation to lostone-8's question - the ONLY question that should be discussed in his thread. If coz takes it that I'm referring to his situation in this thread then he shouldn't have thread jumped
Anyway I PMed coz advice particular to his situation to keep it out this thread..

What I wrote is the general advice given by the health protection agencies which is the advice on window periods that SHOULD be given because it's based on hard science,,  epidemiological studies and fact, not on repeating what others have written on medhelp..

The minimum window period continues to be 3 months but experienced clinicians will determine if further testing is required after that based on the risks and thir clinical assessment of the patient.

Back to the original poster's question.

Yes coz120, as alienshadow says 'nothing is 100%' and certainly not in any area of science or technology. What I can say with certainty is that an experienced clinician would be able to advise if follow up testing is required.
