occupational exposure

I work in a stomatology department in china.About 2 weeks ago I sutured a patinet's lip.Accidentally the suture needle stabbed my finger.I squeezed my finger and  a little bleeding, then I washed my finger. The patinet denied he was an HIV positive.I know the rate of this way to get hiv is about 0.3%.The suture needle is solid.I want to know am I at risk?
