From what I have researched that may happen in the later stages, not that earlie
hi lizzie, can you comment on the above
IF IT HAPPENS AT ALL...later stages
hi lizzie, thanks for answering so quickly, just for info for all the worried people on the forum who are not yet at the all important 3 month test point, when experts say that you may get flu like ilnesses after 2-4 weeks are these flu like symptoms likely to be mild or bed ridden??? Do most people also get enlarged lymph nodes all over the body, so enlarged they are unmisable?? thank you for you valued time
according to your post on the anxiety forum...it has been 12 weeks since your potential exposure. test now for a conclusive result.
there is NO reason for us to discuss symptoms when you cannot use symptoms to diagnose hiv.
I know from reading the posts on this forum that symptoms are no indication of hiv but I just want to understand when people say if you are affected by ars its like flu like symptoms, I am booked in for 12 week test and my doctor advises me I am not at risk if my earlier 6 week test was neg. I am trying to help other scared posters who have symptoms who think they have been at a genuine risk. My scare has made me really want to help
we have hiv educated ppl here to help posters.
i know you have some wonderful experts on this site but people ask you questions out of genuine cocern, i know you get people with absolute no risk but dont take it out on the eople genuine concerns, godd bless you
THE PURPOSE OF THIS FORUM:
If you believe you have been exposed to HIV and want help to judge your risk, would like advice about HIV testing, or have questions about the effectiveness of condoms or risks associated with specific sexual practices, this is the site for you.
i dont have the time or desire to "take it out" on ppl. hiv is not a game.
test to know your status and then move on with your life.
