hi so I did oral sex with a guy and I feel really regretful and depressed

I tested after 1 month rapid and blood both negative no symptoms
yet I feel horrible full of anxiety sadness and all

will I feel better? and can I have hiv? :(

You have asked this question several times since you became a member here.  The answer is exactly the same, and it will not change:  No risk for HIV.

The only sexual activity that is a risk for HIV is having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex.
