The only way adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles. Oral is never a risk because saliva has enzymes in it that inactivates the virus.  So, you have no worry from your exposure.

Oral sex is not a risk. There has not been even a single documented case of any one getting infected from recieving oral.

Irrespective of any "What-if" you add to this situation, it will not change the fact that you weren't at risk.
