pain in genitals and pelvis

Can someone please give me some insight as to what is going on with me...
I'm 23 yrs old, male, and had unprotected sex with a lady friend of mine. It has been about 3 months now. During sex, we didn't have any more condoms because it broke, so we used body wash soap for lubrication...For the past couple months now, I have had pain, off-and-on, in my testicles and my penis; and just recently, in my pelvis area. Right above my penis. I tested negative for chlymidia and gonnorrhea...
Also, my partner felt a little pain for a few days to a week around her vagina area, but not anymore.

I also just got a canker sore in my mouth, just one, the other day, but it doesnt hurt that bad...

Could this be a bacterial infection for the soap? Possibly a UTI (urinary tract infection) ???
I'm deeply worried concerning HIV as well....

Also, I worry about EVERYTHING. And it's always on my mind. It doesn't hurt all the time but sometimes

please help.

See your doctor if you are having pain and test for HIV now and it will be conclusive.
