panties PLEASe Help!!!

ok, so  we had a german exchange student live for us for 2 weeks, while she was gone from our house I kind of went through her under wear and put panties on my penis and started rubbing the panties up and down on my shaft and my head. I think the panties had 1 day old dried vaginal fluids on them. I through the panties away when I cumed. is there a possibility for hiv? if i had possible scrapes on my penis could this put me at risk? PLEASE HELP

Absolutely NO risk.  you can not get HIV from objects or environmental surfaces, regardless if there would be infectious fluids present or not.  Let it go, you don't have an HIV concern.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
