please advise , protected anal blood and hiv chances

Dear sir, 2 weeks back I had protected sex with a hooker in Thailand , I had used a condom and taken it off for oral sex , then I put on a new one and used spit to have anal sex, and noticed blood on my condom , I immediately took the condom off with a tissue paper and washed my penis with soap, don't know if I washed my hands before that, I might have not taken the condom off proper way and might have touched the head of my penis, also I bite my nails so the nail beds are exposed , what are the chances of HIV infection, right now after 2 weeks i have a cold , running nose mild fever , have i been infected ? please advise . Thanks

You never had an exposure.  You used condoms properly.  HIV is a fragile virus.  Once out of the body it begins to break down its outer shell immediately.  Rendering it unable to infect.
