please forgive me

hello, everyone.

i am sorry that i had so many posts in this forum which made quite many people uncomfortable.

i promise that i wont post any feedback to illness. i know i am not an expert, i have no rights to say anything about their illness. i just wanna say, if you think you have risk, and had some symptoms, please go to a test at the right time. also welcome to this forum sharing your experience with us. we need to support each other. if you got HIV, please come here educatte us , give us some personal experince how to prevent it. every sex contact with HIVPOZ people is risky, maybe from high to extremly low, but we never know when would happen to us.

thanks for understadning, i will still post some infomation like my personal stories, please allow me do that, you know what, i am very in depressed, i need to talk to people.

3 days left for collecting my result. i wish i am ok , i always think i am poz, but, actually, i still wanna be Negative.

if you like to reply it, please do it. if you hate my post, just ignore it.

i need your words and support.

Hi bamboosalt. I don't think there is anything to forgive. You are suffereing HIV anxiety, like many on this Forum. And this is probably the hardest moment, when you are waiting for a test result.

Just take deep breaths and try and take each moment as it comes. Concentrate on the fact you had a very low/no risk exposure. Remember that symptoms mean very little and that the mind can play very unpleasant tricks on us.

Good luck though I don't think you'll need it. If, as is likely, your test confirms you are HIV negative, then find a counsellor to deal with your fears.
