please help. I am very scared

I met crossdresser three weeks ago through a dating website. We had deep tongue kissing. I received unprotected oral sex then I ****** him using condom. Three days after I had sex with my girlfriend. After one week my girlfriend got flu for week, sore throat for four days, fever for one day, tiredness, dizziness and headache. I started to feel unwell, dizziness, headache, tiredness, itchy and burning skin. My skin become reddish and warm (feel boiling). I started to sleep more hours and always feeling tiredness, swollen lymph node (for 3 days and gone after that) pain in my joints and muscles. I did HIV 1 and 2 and P24 test two weeks and half after exposure. The results were negative and they told me it is early for test. My girlfriend get flu and sore throat again after one week from recovery and her menstrual cycle came with more pain compare to previous.
I am completely scared and I lost 10% of my weight in less than 10 days.
I don't know what should I do.
Am I under HIV risk?

Thanks. I will do. I am really grateful for your help. I was too worried about HIV and I couldn't sleep and eat for two weeks now.

What the accurate test should I do and when should I do it to get accurate results? I did HIV 1 and 2 and P24 test two weeks and half after exposure, but it was early as they told me
