Dear Dr. Hansfield

Greetings Dr., I am a 29 yr old African American woman who just got out of an 8 yr relationship 6 mths ago with my exboyfriend. In April, I had protected vaginal sex with a 25 yr old guy twice who isn't gay/bi or uses drugs. The first time it was brief & as he was pulling out, the condom was half way in & half way out of my vagina & I went to the bathroom & i pulled it out. I don't know if he ejaculated or not but I don't think he did. On the 2nd occasion it stayed on. In may I had protected vaginal sex with another man (not gay/bi no drug user) & as I started to get off of him, the condom was hanging out of my vagina, I also noticed that he ejaculated but I seen it coming out & i was standing up by then & he said the condom was on the whole time it just came off when I stood up.

In the middle of june, I noticed that I had a small sore in my nose with some sneezing & a cough & runny nose here & there. Then about a week & a half later, as I was removing my sanitary pad, I noticed I had a rash on the inner right cheek of  my buttocks (that is now healing) then I found I had a slightly swollen tender groin node (that has since gone down) so I'm starting to freak out.

Fast forward to now, I feel like something is stuck in my throat with a clicking sensation every time I swallow but it doesn't hurt, it gets better when i eat & i can feel a bean like node on my right side of my neck with a scratch there & I have 2 tender to the touch bumps on the inner part of both of my ears right above my lobes & i feel a pain in my body here & there. Doc, am i infected bc I'm drinking every day, it hurts me to look in my childrens eyes bc this anxiety is taking over my life

As far as the penis was covered while it was inside the vagina (as per your description), there is no HIV concern.
You can get checked with a local GP for other symptoms you are facing.
