No rashes with ARS do not itch
No symptoms don't occur one and a half years after infection.

thanks for your quick reply.i want to ask about HIV rash.because i am feeling sick, its not fever,i just felt some joint aches and i have spots at the back, red in color and itchy.do hiv rashes itch?its not so many but i am worried.I have been married but had previous relationship with an Arab guy before.do u think symptoms may occur 1 and a half year after exposure?also i am experiencing diarrhea for 3 days now,i am beginning to be annoyed, cant sleep without thinking.I am afraid for testing since I am in middleast and its hard to have testing here.please advise me.thanks.

No risk...saliva inhibits HIV. But you could get other STD from oral sex-but those are low risk chances but still possible.
