possible HIV exposure. pre-*** & condom slippage.

I'm a 19 year old who has been having protected sex with this guy.

So I just found out the person I have been sleeping with has been having who knows what kind of sex with a lot of people on craigslist and other high risk areas.  I was having sex with him the condom magically fell off inside me when he pulled out. I had to get it after he came on my back. SUSPICIOUS.  He was in there for like 4 minutes or so. I have no idea if it was ON or not or whatever inside me but when he pulled out he didnt cum in me, or atleast not that I KNOW of because I checked and there was nothing there.

Can I be infected with HIV he has precum inside of me? what are my risks? I've been having panic attacks all day. I have definitely learned my lesson from falling victim to sex addicted losers.

Did you remove the condom out of your anus?

I'm thinking he put the condom on half ways on thinking it would fall off inside of me, but i'm just being paranoid. It was in me when he had pulled out. it wasn't out on the floor or anything. I mean I know there is some kind of risk, but if he had HIV does that mean I have it?

If at any point in time he was in you without protection there was a risk.  When you said the condom was off, do you mean it was completely off / not in you?  Did he remove it just prior to finishing?

Your best bet is to realize that anything is possible but not probable.  You should for your own peace of mind test at the the month mark.
