possible hiv infection

hi dr. i am a 44 year old male who had an encounter about 4 months ago. on Dec 19 2009 I started having stomach problems, a burning and gnawing pain not only in the stomach but the lower abdomen as well. I went to the hospital on Jan 2 2010 where they ran x-rays and blood tests, only to determine i had gastritis and to take lax-a-day for four days. Two weeks later Iwas at my doctors office with the same problem, she ran an un upper g.i., abdominal ultrasound and more blood work, she determined i had acid reflux, and prescribed domperidone and pantoprazole. It is now feb27 2010 and I still have the same problem. I have read about early hiv symptoms and what I don't have are the following; vommiting, diarreah, chills, rash, night sweats. what I am experiencing is; upset stomach, mild headaches and backaches, no wanting to eat, growling in bowels and stomach, slight dizziness.
Two questions for doctor, 1- when does the rash apear in hiv symptoms? 2-I f the hospital and my doctor both took blood tests would'nt something show up in the blood to determine if had hiv or not?
