primery HIV infection symptoms

The symptoms of primery HIV infection come at a time or one by one?Like ,having headache,nausea,lymph node swelling,mouth ulcers,weight loss,loss of apetite,fever,cold,dry cough come at a time or one after the other starting from 2 weeks post exposure to 6 weeks post exposure?

If they are present at all, they come on as a cluster 2-4 weeks after exposure.

Not all of the symptoms you describe sound like ARS.
