questions about the wounds in my mouth.

Hello,guys.
I used to have a bad habit that I liked to bite and break the skins of my mouth(oral mucosa),then I realized it was bad for my health,so I get rid of this habit, but there were some scars left.
Yesterday when I was dining out with other people,a girl sticked her chopsticks (with some food she was eating) in my mouth after I told some dirty jokes....(well,it's just some jokes.)and about 10 minutes ago,my teeth accidentally broke the inside skins of my mouth when I was eating some food, the wounds were not very deep.
Would I get infected with HIV,if she left some blood on the food? Her action was too quickly.....due to my bad English,I don't know if you guys understand what I am describing.
Is this an HIV concern?BTW,the girl and I are both Chinese.

Thanks again,I am just worried that the action is too quickly,it happened just immediately after the food and chopsticks being away from her mouth.Sorry if my question sounds too stupid....

thx so much, but there are some really fresh wounds in my mouth, the wounds look like canker sores(they are made by my teeth),and I am not sure if there is any fresh blood on the food and chopsticks.
