rash node been licked

Hi expert here , I received a masturbation in a massage , the technician use some massage oil  during it , it's all OK .
But she also lick my nipple and it's really a long time ,maybe 5 to 10 mins . After that I found there is some rash on my chest , and I suspect she lick some node .
And sometime she close the mouse with my nipple in it ?
  How dangerous is it ?
And what should I do now ? PEP ? it's happened about 12 hours ago .

I try to calm down and consider about my situation again .
In any sexual behaviour people will kiss or lick each other , if that can transmit HIV , then we can not say " sex with condom is safe " , right ?
So , one can not been inflected by licked or even sucked on nipple or node .
Am I right ?

I'm worried about if there is some blood in her mouth and also some micro-cut 0n my node . And also maybe the closed mouth is a condition enclosed without  air .

Thanks madam . I have a general idea that HIV can not transmit via maturbation . But as I received one from the same  technician 2 weeks ago  and now I have some rash node ( 15-20 ) on my chest . also I have a heat head and lots snivel  . I do feel hot and ache on my head but only 36℃ gauged from oxter . I feel bad and always focus on some special factor during the process .

You can't contract HIV from what you engaged in--it's not a mode of transmission.
