rash question....

i posted not to long ago about being deployed and being cheated on roughly a month and a half ago..... i have to wait till my deployment is over (6months) before i can get an HIV test, but i was just curious about the HIV rash.  i got this rash roughly 2 weeks ago, it was above my knees, small pink spots with pink pimples.  most of the pimples were on hair follicules.  the rash doesnt hurt and itches occasionally.  2 weeks after the rash came on, it started to spread to the inside of my thighs, i was wonderin if HIV rash spreads like that or no. i also have about 2 of the pink pimples on the top of my back, dont know if they are related.  anyways im just curious because medical dept onboard arent qualified to discuss it and like i said i cant get tested for quite some time, thankyou for your time.

ok thanks, just hard to not think about when you know you arent going to be tested for quite some time.... plus reading on the internet is so hard because you read so many different things you don't know which are true.  I think it was the Body website that stated that a lot of times ACUTE HIV will cause folliculitis which is what my rash looks like to me.  Maybe one of the countries we will be stopping in soon will have some place i can get a test, unfortunately most of the countries i go to are 3rd world countries, so they may not have anywhere to test.

your rash is not indicative of an ars rash.

the ONLY way to know one's status is by testing.
