rash

i have tendancy to go once a week to masssage parlour, it takes out the stress of the week, i have a few question.
i do not have sex even thou its always an option.
i do get hand jobs and as well they lick my balls not my penis so i do not think ts oral sex. i do some frensh kissing time to time, no i have develloped a rash between my anus and balls, is it possible i caught an STD or HIV????? should i get tested. the same things happened with 25 diffrent women in the last 6 month.
should i get tested??

as you can CLEARLY see...nothing that you have described put you at risk for contracting hiv.

i am loosing weight and the itch is there, even thou i was with multiple partners i am not at risk, getting sucked the balls is ok? can i continue these pleasants activities?? i am in a relationship am i putting my partner at risk?

Not an HIV concern. You've never had a risk of contracting HIV nor do you need testing.
