re moisten blood

Might be a crazy question but i have to ask someone!  They was dried blood on the ground for about 12 hours then it rained and i slipped and feel right into it!  Would HIV reactive if the blood dried then got wet in the rain??  Sounds silly but need to ask

No. HIV can not be reconsituted and had it not been dry you still didn't have a risk. You don't contract HIV from environmental surfaces.
