HIV from a trans with a neo-vagina?

I was dating a MTF transgender individual from thailand for about 4 months. I had no idea that it used to be a male. I thought it was always a female. One night we had unprotected sex 3 times in one night (individual had a neo-vagina but I thought it was a real vagina). I thought it was a female so I thought my risk was low. About a week or 2 later I developed a bad sore throat and then cold symptoms that lasted for several weeks. About a month or 2 later I developed diarrhea that lasted for about a week straight. It finally revealed the truth to me about what it was and I have become very worried since I feel like I had symptoms that may be HIV symptoms. It refused to go get tested when I asked it to and has since dissapeared. So I have no idea regarding it's HIV status but found it's behavior to be very suspicious. I am so worried now and cannot seem to find good information regarding the risk of contracting HIV from a trans with a neo-vagina... I am curious if I am at an extremely high risk given the circumstances?

Looks like I'm neg but have to wait a week for other STDs. Most concerned about hep C... The nurse told me I should be worried about hepatitis with someone from an Asian country but I thought hepatitis is hard to get through sex? But this is kind of a different situation since this is a trans... Thoughts?

Is it 3 months? I thought it is recommended to wait 6 months? If there are no cracks or breaks in the penis, how does the giver usually acquire HIV? Isn't the risk pretty low?

Symptoms or lack of symptoms will never tell you your status. The only way to know your status is by testing. You can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure. Use condom and you won't put yourself at risk for HIV and most STDs.
