restless please read

yeasterday i was at a store and i opened the tampon box with my foot and awhile later i noticed that i had a drop of what looked like blood on my the rubber part of my shoe. THe front part of the shoes have rubber and then theres some fabric. A couple hours later I was in walmart and i sprayed some peroxide on the spot and it did not come off, well it moved but it didnt fizzle like blood and I obviously got some of my shoe wet. I'm worried that it could have soaked through and touched my toe which is a little sensitive but has no deep cuts, but i think theres a little one. If the peroxide mixed with the blood on my shoe am I at risk or am I just being wierd? please answer. And is it ok to get your eyebrows waxed in public because i know that they clean the tweezers with alcohol but if the tweezers were not cleaned am I at risk? im scared.
