result of elisa

i had unprotected receptive anal intercourse, 12 days after symptoms like fever,sore throat, body ache etc. developed so i had also posted question in this forum and was advised for test so get tested for HIV- both from elisa-4th generation as well as p24 antigen detection ( at the time of test, fever, cold etc etc present) exactly one month after the sex.
result of the test is NON-RECTIVE (NEGATIVE)
so sir, what you conclude from the test result? me still anxious

Your 3 month post exposure test will be conclusive.

You have a concern because unprotected receptive anal intercourse do post a higher risk compared to other form of acts. However, your test at one (1) month is a good indication that you negative. Nevertheless, you should test at 3 months to be 100% certain.

I would conclude that you are HIV negative but would recommend a test at 3 months for 100% conclusive.
