rish of hiv?

i recently had sex with male of unknown status, he did not cum in me but finished himself off with his hand he then used the same hand to play with my anus and insert his fingers?is there a risk here?
I also had sex with sex worker who penetrated me but a condom was used and while she said she cam in me i dont believe the condom broke from lookng at it?
the only thing that worries me is i gave oral sex while the condom was on and it was rubbing off my teeth but for long?Am i at risk ?
at the moment i feel tired i have a runny noise but the doctor put this down to a synis infection , ive also have had a tummy bug where ive had two days of diarrhea,i believe it results in the edges of my anus becoming sore and dry ...(feels like alot of big lines) hoping its not herbes? the exposure was about two months ago. .im worried that the sysmptoms i have described are the onset of hiv?
