risk of HIV?

I had protected sex with a man the 21th of november 2010. The problem was that the condom got inside me after he took away his penis so I dont know if I had an important exposure to HIV. The 1st of June 2011 he got his blood test done for HIV (I suppose it was a ELISA test as it was a test to detect antibodies) and it was negative. He told me that once he had unprotected sex but never said when that happened. Is that result conclusive to HIV? when are ELISA´s results conclusive to HIV taking in consideration the window period?
Thanks¡

If the condom came off on withdraw, you never had an exposure.
