Am I at risk!?

I went to an escort and I gave him pleasure(oral) until he ejaculated. I had bleeding gums that day too! I think I might have swallowed some semen but kept spitting after that. Like as my spit replenished, I spit it out. Before that I also licked him inside his anus.
So we're looking at oral sex and anal licking.
I've had a rash about 28 days later. A week after the rash I lost all appetite, and had my first Genital Herpes outbreak. Some night sweat. Diarhea. Joint pain as well. This is really scary because I've never totally lost my appetite before. I've lost weight. All these symptoms are new to me!!!
I got tested today through a test in which they take blood from your finger tip and tell you in 20 minutes. It was negative and this is week 7. Week 5 I had a swab test done and in 20 minutes they said it was negative.
What constitues a full 3 months? 12 weeks or 14 weeks?
Please help me!!! I'm worried sick about all this. Thanks in advance.

Im not sure if stress can bring on an outbreak or not but anxiety and stress can do other weird things to the body. Have you already been diagnosed with herpes?

The chances of me having the virus from a low risk encounter AND also having to wait the full 3 months to get an indication is pretty low. I guess I won't be happy until the end but I do feel calm.

Listen to me, I am speaking from experience with anxiety since I have had anxiety for 8 years.
I am a big eater too but when the anxiety flares up my appitite is gone 100%, I barely eat one small meal a day. Anxiety can wreak havoc on the body and cause all types of strange symptoms. Also anxiety can come on out of nowhere and your situation is a common anxiety triggering event. It is very common. If you are scoring severe on the online tests then you are obviously dealing with anxiety.
Try to relax some, you already have a negative test and test results trump symptoms 100% of the time. HIV is never diagnosed by symptoms.

Lost of appetite is because you Have Stress+Anxity+Depression. A Test for Stress-Anxity-Dep. You know when u have stress anxity and on! Try to calm down you have nothing to worry about you had a negativ test at 7 Weeks! very good indicator and out from your low risk situation you can trust the test and get on. your appetite I AM Nearly 99% sure its because of Anxity+Dep+Stress.

I'll admit I've been under the most stress and anxiety and depression I've ever experienced in my life but I guess I can't believe that stress causes those symptoms. I don't see it.

The Eksperts on this site ( Doctors ) have never seen a test turn positiv after 6 weeks. but 12 weeks is conclusiv after a risk.
6 weeks would be a great indictator you're negative, in a low risk situation 6 weeks is conclusive says most.
Please get down. Both of your things are Low risk situations and next time you perfom oral sex allways when an ejaculat happens spit it out imminently and do it safe and espically an escort+an person you dont no the status. Stress+Anxity can give such of symptoms + Symptoms is never a Indication of HIV. a test taked after 7 weeks is a very good indicatior+ur low risk situation you can get back to live. but if you cant get the Anxity+Stress out get ur 12 weeks test and get back to normal live.
If you were having an outbreak in the mouth at the time then there could be a potential for infection but you have a 7 week negative at a time when almost all positive people would have showed. If you really had a outbreak then go ahead and get the 12 week test, expect your result not to change though because it wont.
Oral is not a risk in all practicality. Your 7 week negative is over 90% accurate, I wouldnt even test again since it was just oral sex.
