2) is 3 months test conclusive? any need to be tested later?
3) is smoking marijuana and snorting (rarely) coke habit effects the test result?

Wait, a 3 month test isn't conclusive. What the hell? How long do you have to wait to get tested. You told him he wasn't at risk, but says he needs to retest.
