Worrying about an event is not the same as having an actual risk exposure.  Our members have fully advised you that you had no risk.  If you continue to experience anxiety about this no-risk event, we strongly suggest seeking the advice of a counselor, as mike_no suggested.

Since you used it for protection, it did what it is meant to do. It prevented semen and blood from entering your body from the tip of your penis.

Your fear is irrational, you were not at risk and do not need to test. See a counselor if you are unable to think logically.

There's no need to panic.  The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

There is no other event that will cause you to be infected with HIV.  You had ZERO risk for HIV.

What do you do? You move on with your life as if nothing happened, because nothing happened.

its been about 12-14 hours since this happened, i woke up this morning sweating. and now i feel like I'm having itchiness and pain in my penis. what is happening?!
See your doctor for your non-HIV related medical concerns.  We can't tell you what your problem is - only that it is not HIV.
how can i not be at risk, there was blood on the condom
Why did you use a condom?
Blood cannot magically crawl through a condom, nor can it crawl under a condom, up your shaft, and into your urethra.
@mike_no i used a condom for protection but the blood is really worrying me

@CurfewX I understand, the blood is really worrying me. i just called the local clinic and she told me the same but she now has me worrying because she said if I had any cuts around my genital area that i can be at risk. she said for me to go to emergency if I do and start pep so idk what to do.
