sore throat & afraid condom break

Hey guys, the post where I repeated the same question has been officially deleted due to nervousness. So Sorry!
But now, I have a new question want to ask:

14 days after sex with a hooker, my throat started to hurt for 3-4 days(It comes up from time to time, not from morning to night). I don't know if it's the lymph nodes, or if it's my cough because I dry heaves violently and cough when I get nervous.   I went through all the forum posts and came to the conclusion that condoms can only be noticeably broken, not broken that you wouldn't notice.  And I'm trying to believe this! However, The occasional tightness and pain in my throat made me nervous again.

So what should I do? Please give me some advice. Thank you very much

You should see a doctor about your sore throat, which has NOTHING to do with HIV, since you were never at risk for HIV.  While you are there, you should ask about seeing a therapist for your irrational fixation on HIV, which you do not have.

Dear CurfewX,
Yes, thank you for your advice, I admit I may have been a little nervous. I also try to read the forums and force myself to believe that there are no small, imperceptible condom break.   It's this damn throat that I can't help associating with AIDS.  I'm a PhD student and I believe in science!  I suggest maybe we can disscuss more details about condom break, in order to help others better assuage their fears, incloud me! Because most of what I see in the forum is a sentence that ''you will see if it is broken, so you have no risk.''  This may not be so helpful for nervous people. I read your article carefully last time about oral sex, and it was effective and allowed me to dispel my fears !
There is no need for more details about condom breaks.  There are no details to discuss.  A condom that does not NOTICEABLY break protects you from HIV.  The end.

We don't offer support for anxiety in this forum, and we're not going to keep talking about how nervous you are about this no-risk event.
Oh, okay, thank you! It's just my advice. Then I understand to be:Condom break as a hula hoop = risk=noticeably, Otherwise=Condom didn't break=no risk at all!

But still thank you so much!  I admire you so much, for years as a day in the forum to help others.  Thank you!
"I'm a PhD student and I believe in science!" You had no fear of Covid yet you have never-ending fear of an impossible hiv infection just because you claim that your throat hurts. Your priorities are misplaced.
Alright, Thank you! Yes, but actually the situation about COVID in my country is stable, so I don't worry about that. Hope you guys all stay safe and strong! I really thank you for your advice.
