Possible risk of exposure.

Last Saturday (15-Oct-2011) been to club and slept with Vietnamese girl. We had safe sex two times in span of 20min. As of my Knowledge condom didn't break but both the times I removed the condom with my hands having some vaginal fluids on my hand and I washed my penis with the same hands. Is there a possible risk that fluids might have enter urethra. Its been 3 days after the exposure. I have been having constant headache specially left side of my head and also feeling bit fatigue through out the day. Is there possibility of HIV.

No Risk, this type of exposure does not transmit Hiv because the Hiv virus becomes inactive as soon as it is exposed to air, therefore it is unable to infect you. Also,Hiv transmission occurs inside the body not outside it.
