still worried and need advice

its been my third post regarding my anxiety and fear about getting hiv.

today is my 21 day of my last risky unprotected vaginal sex exposure with a street sex worker in berlin and i am waiting for my 28 days for 4 generation test.  just to raise my confidence i would like to ask that i had my normal blood test including my wbc on 16 days of my exposure and everything seems to be normal. so does hiv virus have any effect with my normal blood test. i have read that hiv virus affect our wbc.

further more i have only symptomps of something blockage on my throat especially on night while sleeping and some muscles pain. i used to work everyday 8-10 hrs may be the muscle pain is due to my work. i dont have fever and swollen nodes.

the very next day of my exposure i met that girl and asked about her status and she told me that she is clean but who knows. so frns, expert forum or all the experienced member of this community  i am so worried and specially need some positive advices about my condition. what are the chances if she is affected. i am really so scared and i think  i have ruined and finished my life. please god help me.
