super quickie with a transgender

Hi. I gave unprotected anal sex to a transgender (who is not a prostitute) last June 10, 2018. I quickly pulled out (came to my senses) i only had my dick inside here for less than 25 seconds.

After ten weeks I had a 4th gen ELFA test. Non reactive.

i read a lot in this forum that 4th gen test is the best. and should be conclusive 6 weeks.

after my HIV test.. about six days later i got a diarhea with a one day fever. doctor said it must be something i ate.

is diarhea and one day fever a symptom?
can someone seroconvert at 11 weeks?
should i trust my ten weeks fourth gen duo test that im negative.

i am circumcised by the way.

4th generation tests are conclusive at 28 days which is what experts agree to.  You do not have HIV and your exposure was low risk with a one time unprotected exposure being around 1%.  You do not have HIV.

Symptoms of hiv are not reliable. Please ignore all symptoms and rely on your tests result.
No serioconversion does not occur that late, that is not how it works.
Conclusive
