swollen lymph node and rash

Hello,

After two weeks of having sex with a girl I met at a bar, I've noticed a rash in my pubic hair region and one swollen lymph node on my neck.  The doctor I went to see, told me that the rash is just a result of follicle hair swelling and the lymph node is from shaving over and over again.  I guess I have sensitive skin.  I had protected sex; however, I remember that I touched the outside of the condom and by a careless mistake, I touched a small sore on my forehead.  I was trying to pop a pimple or something at the time.  I know that I went to visit a doctor already, but I am still concerned.  Is this rash and lymph node from hiv infection?  Please help!

Thanks!

Sorry, I would just like to correct something from above.  I met this girl at a bar two weeks ago and had sexual intercourse on that night.  It has been two weeks since I had sex and have noticed this rash and lymph node on my body.

Thanks!
