HIV with partial penetration with cloth
Dear Doctor
I'm 26 yr old male. I recently visited a strip club after a drunken night out and i ended up in the VIP room. She first gave me a hand job and then she covered my penis with my cotton shirt (one layer of clothing) and rode on it (she was completely naked), i could feel my penis head inside her vagina with the shirt, and this happened for about 3 to 5 seconds and i stopped it immediately. Is there any way that I could have got HIV from this exposure?

There is no signficant likelihood of HIV transmission in this circumstance. Even entirely unprotected vaginal sex, lasting for several minutes, carries an average female to male transmission risk around 1 in 2,000 -- and that's only if the woman is infected, and the vast majority of strippers are not. This was a zero risk exposure and you do not need HIV testing.
