symptoms of hiv??

i am a 24 year old male.  about 6 weeks ago, i had unprotexted sex a woman i had never met.  the next day, my penis began itching profusely.  about a week later, there was a bump on my penis in the spot of the itching.  i'm sure it is a gential wart, as it does not hurt, itch, sting, etc, but is still there.  the wart is not my main reason for concern - since the encounter, i have developed 3 to 4 small, very red bumps on my chest.  they almost look like blood blisters.  i also have a rash on my inner thigh that looks similar to a ring worm that seems to be slowly spreading.  i have read that rash is a primary indicator of hiv.  i have not had fever/night sweats/swollen glands/flu like symptoms, but i am extremely worried because i have read that HPV is more likely to show itself visually in HIV infected people and i also have the rash issue.  I had been tested before the encounter and my results were negative, but have not been tested since.

Do the rashes sound indicitive of hiv? As I said, the one on my leg is dry, similar to ringworm or eczema. The bumps on my chest are few and far between, but have been there for awhile

HPV is easy to get transmitted than HIV. its diificult for HIV transmission through single exposure. and its not this way that u will contract HIV if u have contracted HPV. yes if one has HIV than transmission of HPV becomes easier. take test at 90 days to have some peace of mind. negative test at 8 weeks will be of good indication and help. god bless
