tale of woe and question please

hi and thanks for being here to help people. in Nov got flu shot and had unprotected sex the next day. within 48 hours of that got sick simular to flu, but no fever, instead warm cheeks and diareha, and loss of appetite. this went on for two weeks and then everything cleared. Two weeks later symptoms re-appeared, and now seem to come and go, plus now have what seems to be something in throat when I swallow. I was worried and went and got Oral test at 10 week mark. The test was negative, thank God. Symptoms have persisted, so this week at the 3 month mark went and had another Oral Test. The result was again negative. After this I have now went to MD, and explained situation. MD ordered blood panel, not HIV or STD. All these came back normal. I then asked for STD work up. MD asked about STD tests, and when I mentioned the recent Oral test he said, he was going to test for Hepatitis and others instead. Sorry so long but my question is how worried should I be about HIV ? Or is three month Oral test sufficent ? Based off my symptoms I am concerned and worried. I will have results from Hep tests and other STD's in a week or 10 days. Please advise and thanks so much.

thanks for your reply. Based off the crazy symptoms I have had, just scared and worried. Since this has been going on for a while I am suspecting Hep, but of course i dont know. For the last three months, I have made certain to avoid any sexual contact to be on the safe side. As I side note my checks have gotten so hot that I suspected fever which I did not have, and had to put eye drops in for days....this all seem to go down hill after I got the flu shot as I mentioned took two weeks to fell better after shot. anyway thanks again for the reply

"is three month Oral test sufficent ?"

Yes. You don't have HIV.
