I really appreciate every response I have received from all you guys but I believe I have become paranoid with this issue. Believe it or not this my first time I ever had sex with prostitute and I am 31 years old. Everybody told me that the symptoms that I feel are because of the guilt that I feel because of this encounter. I know more than 6 people around me that have had bad colds and sore throat for over three weeks because we live in a very humid and dusty part of the world but what really freaked me is that I never had a runny nose or fever to have sore throat but I guess I should go to the doctor today a get medication for the sore throat as I was not able to take medication for it due to the other antibiotics I have been taking. I think that taking so many antibiotics at the same time really killed and made me become paranoid of everything.

NO...no one on this site can diagnose you.  what we can do is tell you that you did NOT have a risk.

go to the top right hand of this page and click on the health pages.  read up on hiv anxiety...and then move on!

Teak man I understand but can somebody explain the dry mouth and the sore throat that has been around with me for more than two weeks. There are some many mixed signals like I never had fever post the exposure nor did I have inflated lymph nodes but I dry mouth and the sore throat !! I have also had pain in my knees that comes and goes and intensifies when I am sitting or sitting down rather than when I am active or walking!!!

Getting fired is you own fault it has nothing to do with HIV. You didn't have a risk. So whatever your symptoms are, are unrelated to HIV. Helicobacter pylori has nothing to do with HIV.

What makes you think that? Is the test and doctor diagnoses of h pylori that made me lose 5 -6 kg in 2 – 3 weeks only without exercise and with slightly less than normal eating. All of this I have no problem with but the sore throat that lasted for two weeks and the dry mouth this morning is making me unable to think I did not even open my e-mail yet at work I think they are going to fire me soon.

I never had fever after the exposure I suffered a very strong abdominal pain that made me feel sick for weeks but after doing all the blood and stool test I was diagnosed with h pylori and got related with a strong triple antibiotic course which I finished two weeks ago this strong antibiotic course made me develop an oral thrush and hairy tongue but I was told not to worry by my doctor who knows about the exposure because all the symptoms can be explained medically and have nothing to do with HIV but today morning I have had dry mouth which really freaks me out.  The exposure was 94 days ago.

Your symptoms are irrelevant, since you never had any risk. When people do experience ARS symptoms, it happens 2-4 weeks after exposure and lasts for a week or two. What's more likely? That you contracted HIV from having sex with a condom, or that your "symptoms" are caused by something else, like, say, the common cold or strep throat?

Do you mean no they can’t stay that long because in the archives some say that they had them 7 months after the exposure please have patient with me I am panicking and disoriented now. Most of the symptoms that I read about in this web site I believe I have had after the three months benchmark

You're right that oil-based lubricant like baby oil does constitute improper use of a condom. However, the risk is that the oil is more likely to make the latex break. If it doesn't actually break, you're fine. It's not like the oil makes the condom leaky or something. It just increases the chances that the latex will weaken and tear.

You didn't have a risk. If the condom had failed you would know. Next time use water base lube if you are using latex condoms.

A massage girl from Thailand was masturbating for me after the massage with baby oil and then I put the condom on and was in her for less than 3 minutes when I pulled out all of the semen was in the condom when I took it off but I read somewhere that baby oil will damage the condom in less than 10 seconds.

Oh guys another question does h pylori in the stomach have anything to do with HIV. H pylori is a bacteria that infects the stomach and the gastric system.

I have read somewhere that it is 50% accurate

NO. 3 weeks is to early to test after a possible exposure.
