i have sexual intercourse with one csw with condoms after after3 months i do rapid test that was negative after 8 months i take hiv rna quantitative real time pcr test the result was          viral load < LDL(lower detection limit-10copies/ml)            what is the meaning  i was thinking i have viral load less than ldl pls help me in the same i do aidsscan test that test came back directly negative pls help i have more anxiety

because that test was given me by a general phsycian after see this result he tell to me that result was like positive

I have viral load less than the lower detection limit he cannot tell sure I don't have hiv

so he give me western blot that test was negative

then I show by rna pcr result to infectious disease control doctor he only tell to me my rna pcr was negative

two doctors tell me different opinion that's why I confuse too much sir

< the lower limits means undetected. Had you had been infected it would not mean you do not have HIV.

The RNA does that occasionally but you never had a risk so the result is not accurate,stop worrying.

That is not a viral load.You don't have HIV.

dear sir during the intercourse I found small gap between by bottom of penis and end of the condom and in the tip of the penis condom look like a puff is there any problem sir

that csw when she remove my condom she have a baggage of used condoms I don't know how many persons have sex with her before these things increasing my anxiety sir

sorry for disturbing you again I  read by mistake the above link its mentioning viral load less than 20 copies/ml means there is viral load but it is below the reportable range because of this only I confuse and having more fear pls some body help me and my result is viral load less than lower detection limit what is the difference pls help me

You have no viral load,you don't have HIV--you had no risk.

get off the testing merry-go-round…you don't have hiv
